During the past several years, McKay-Cocker has been involved in a number of joint venture arrangements.  The advantages of an effectively increased corporate size, knowledge of a geographic area, and experience in a specific sector, make joint venturing an excellent strategic option.

From concrete forming subcontracts to the new Woodstock Toyota Plant, McKay-Cocker has successfully completed many joint venture contracts.  Presently, McKay-Cocker is involved in a construction tri-venture, pursuing Infrastructure Ontario projects as part of an international ‘design build finance maintain’ (DBFM) team.
