Building strong client relationships has served McKay-Cocker well since its founding in 1946. We treat each project as an opportunity to foster a long term relationship with the client. You'll quite often see our logo with 'Team Builders' attached. This is a testament to the belief that McKay-Cocker has in building a team between all stakeholders in on a project. We like to think of our table as round. We aren't afraid to face reality early when issues arrive and we work with our clients, consultants and subcontractors to come up with solutions that benefit the team, the project and everyone involved.
Being a repeat customer is ultimate gift any client can give us. When a client continues to contract with McKay-Cocker it confirms that we are doing our job right. McKay-Cocker strives to work with clients over and over again. By building long term partnerships with our clients we can deliver value at an even deeper level. Up to 60 percent of our work in progress at any given time is with repeat clients. Our desire for long term relationships also extends to our other partners: joint venture partners, subcontractors and suppliers.
